Tins & Fins is a collaboration between the team from award-winning (Estrella Damm Top 100 Gastropub) The Rambling Pig and industry rock star Pete Clucas from Lost Souls Pizza & True Romance in Camden. On the menu will be a mix of inihaw – Filipino style skewers – and kinilaw – Pinoy-style ceviche, curated by Rapsa Exec chef Francis Puyat – formerly of Ottolenghi’s Nopi.

Opening on April 24th 2024, Tins & Fins offers an elevated, sharing menu, created by Executive Chef Francis Puyat, in an informal setting, making it a destination not only for delicious food but for grown-up fun in the form of craft beer, superb local wines, razor sharp cocktails & beach-life beats.
