London shares its
flavour with margate

Tins & Fins is a collaboration between award-winning specialists in Filipino food, RAPSA (@Hoxton 100, Rapsa Play Archway and The Rambling Pig, an Estrella Damm Top 100 Gastropub) together with hospitality innovator Pete Clucas from Lost Souls Pizza & True Romance in Camden.

With an innovative menu curated by Exec Chef Frances Puyat – fresh seafood, Inihaw (grilled Filipino skewers) and bold fusion flavour – locals and day trippers can look forward to Pinoy hospitality, delicious food, razor-sharp cocktails & beach-life beats.

Filipino fusion food created by the team behind RAPSA London, specialists in Filipino cuisine and hospitality since 2019.

Get ready for zingy flavours and the freshest fish. As pioneers of ‘Kinilaw’ (flash-cured fish and seafood),  there are plenty of punchy hits on our menu, with specialties including Sea Bream with papaya, coconut milk, and kalamansi ponzu, Tuna Tartare with cucumber, torched peach, and lobster crackers, and Jersey Oysters with ginger and jalapeno salsa.

The on-point ‘Inihaw’ (chef’s skewers), prawn, rib eye, chicken thigh, and pork are served with pickled salad and homemade dips. Highlights include Prawn with cucumber, pineapple, garlic, chilli, coriander, lime fish sauce, and Rib-Eye with red onion confit butter, lemon juice, soy, and Don Papa peppercorn sauce.

Shake the tin

We have an extensive list of cocktails to suit all tastes from slow sippers to long refreshers. Guests can expect Asian-inspired ingredients and exotic flavours such as Don Papa 7yr Rum, Ume Plum Liquor, horseradish vodka and homemade lemongrass, chilli & ginger cordial.

Cocktail Garden

Enjoy the sea breeze in our spacious cocktail garden It’s the ideal beachside spot for summertime drinking and grazing. With its tiki-style furniture, pretty umbrellas for the sun (and the odd British shower) it’s a pretty chill space, if we do say so ourselves!

Weather permitting, we look forward to being able to serve our guests breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open air this Summer.
