Sharing Menu for 2
A great introductory offer will be available for the first month – 5 dishes to share between 2 for £25pp.
Tins & Fins is a collaboration between Andrew Zilouf of RAPSA, specialists in Filipino cuisine and hospitality since 2019 and industry innovator Pete Clucas from Lost Souls Pizza & True Romance in Camden.
On the menu will be a mix of iInihaw – Filipino style skewers – and Kinilaw – Pinoy-style ceviche, curated by RAPSA Exec Chef Francis Puyat – formerly of Ottolenghi’s Nopi.
