Tins & Fins is a collaboration between Andrew Zilouf of RAPSA, specialists in Filipino cuisine and hospitality since 2019 and industry innovator Pete Clucas from Lost Souls Pizza & True Romance in Camden.


On the menu will be a mix of iInihaw – Filipino style skewers – and Kinilaw – Pinoy-style ceviche, curated by RAPSA Exec Chef Francis Puyat – formerly of Ottolenghi’s Nopi.


It’s super exciting to be bringing Filipino fusion to the seaside. There’s a strong community feel and wicked vibe to Margate that fits well with the laid-back style of hospitality we’re bringing to the area with Tins & Fins.”
